Our family would stay with the Parker mob
when we came down from Carnarvon for
our annual holidays, (we couldn’t afford
accommodation), so Malini and Greg would
kindly put up two adults and two children for
5 weeks at a time, sowe could have a decent
holiday inPerth.

would wake now an then through the night,
often at 4am, withGreg composing a song for
thechoir to rehearse foraperformanceaweek
away. Andnot only that hewould go towork

Insane schedule, but all in the spirit of service
for Baha’u’llah. He always seemed to find the
energy.
Talkaboutenergy, I remembergoing forwalks
with the youth in Perth andGregwas always
bouncing over fire hydrants or anything else
that was in front of him. Springy is the term
that comes tomind.

“Anyone canbehappy in the state of comfort,
ease, health, success, pleasure and joy; but if
one can be happy and content in the time of
trouble,hardshipandprevailingdisease, that is
theproofofnobility.”–‘Abdu’l-Baha

His memory for facts and quotes was always
frustrating, cause even if you knew your
information was correct, Greg could always
quote another verse, fact or something, to
make his point completely valid and leave
you felling like I might as well just shut up
and listen to the expert. I say this nowwith
complete love and admiration, although back
20years Iwasnot sogracious. LOL.
So many memories, singing around a camp
with your guitar, watching youdo yourmagic
tricks at the Summer School or calling a bush
dance, there are hundreds of pictures in my
mind,wearefilledwith joy tohave them.
LoveyouGregXXXXXXXX
